My name is David Celis, and I’m a photographer. I started this website to have an outlet for my photography and partially as motivation to get myself to take more pictures.

A-Z photography is about daily photography (I’ll do my best on that part, folks) with a bit of a helpful twist. With each photographic entry, I will post the featured picture’s beloved EXIF data.

For those of you not in the know, EXIF stands for exchangeable image file format and many digital cameras today use it. EXIF data tells you many of the technical details surrounding a digital photograph such as the aperture used, shutter speed, focal length, and even the time of day. EXIF data for all of my photos will be provided to better help other photographers get a sense of why my pictures look the way they do. As a sample, the EXIF data for the above photo is posted below.
